Writing Your Strategy

In order to get where we want to be we have to trust ourselves enough to take the steps to get there, otherwise we let in the noise and end up doubting, questioning or following someone else’s steps rather than our own. 

That is why I have two frameworks… 

The Alignment Edit™  – Your personal journey. It answers the Q – who are you really underneath all of the noise, and do you trust yourself and your decisions to get you where you want to be?

Then The Momentum Method™ – looks at your Business and asks is this actually capable of holding what you want? 

Neither tell you what to do, but instead show you how to create your own answers. So yes we look at strategy, but we do it in a way that fits how you were designed too. Because if we jump straight into the strategy… we are likely to write one that doesn’t stick.

Which area you look at first will be different for everyone, and naturally one will take the lead depending on where you are. But over time they intertwine and both are needed to ensure sustainability.
