How can we work together?

This week I had the most transformative day with Katy! What made this experience truly extraordinary was that it was ALL ABOUT ME! In a world of constant distractions, Katy created a beautiful, sacred space dedicated solely to me and my business growth. For an entire day, I experienced the pure luxury of uninterrupted focus - no calls, no chores, no competing priorities. When do we ever gift ourselves that kind of undivided attention? The freedom to follow a complete train of thought without disruption was absolutely blissful! Katy has a rare ability to combine strategic vision with practical execution and this day was an investment that has already transformed how I approach my business.

The one big takeaway for me was how to manage time around my energy levels. I always knew that my energy was at its best in the morning with a slump in the afternoon. Frustrating at times when I have lots to do and having a cup of tea and a rest in the afternoon filled me with guilt. But actually, it’s just the way I am designed. And having the clarity yesterday, it all made sense, and it’s ok to listen to my body and plan my work when I will be most productive.

Working with Katy has been a breath of fresh air! I’ve worked with some brilliant coaches who have helped me work out what I want in my business and home life, but Katy has been helping me actually make it happen! I work on my own and sometimes find it hard to make the big decisions by myself. Katy has been a listening ear and assisted me to sort out my thoughts, create an actionable plan and make things happen! She has helped me with organisation, strategy and planning, and has introduced me to new ways of working that have freed up my time so I can concentrate on doing the parts of my business that I love. Katy’s reading was mind blowing. Very insightful and thought provoking. The questions she asked me to reflect on were on point and opened me up to many possibilities. It also confirmed beautifully some of the decisions I have been feeling the urge to take lately in my Business. I would highly recommend if you need clarity, direction and upleveling thought proving questions.

For the first time, I understand what I am trying to achieve with my marketing. Setting the aims at the beginning of the session was so key and useful, because when I was making choices further down the plan I could easily see how the choice connected with one of my aims. Before the session I was so much in the “I need to get this done” but hadn’t taken any time to consolidate why. And on the days when motivation is low, coming back to my aims for my marketing plan can really reignite my spark to dive back in.

Thank you Katy for letting me work with my chaos but also for giving me the push I needed to use simple strategy techniques like time blocking to assist me in planning my week... Katy has been absolutely incredible for me and my business from the first day we met! We started off by creating goals, needs and wants in my whole life ( personal / business ) so we could set up a plan to achieve these goals. Once these goals were set my journey to achieve these goals become very clear! As an individual it become noticed I was very unorganised before I met Katy and I had no idea what I really wanted! In the first few meetings Katy really gets to know you as a person and has a real understanding of how you work to adapt her coaching to your suitability, which will help you work smoother together which I feel is her greatest skill as a coach! This has enabled me to grow quicker, which has personal and financial benefits. As a business owner it can be lonely, so it’s great to have someone to check in with that is excited for you, always routing for you and really appreciates all the finer details in the background that you put in, which your clients, friends or family may not be able relate to. It is really motivating. I am starting to enjoy running my business again, as I am working smart, and having a better quality of life and have more profit, cos at the end of the day this is the main goal! This has all happened since Katy has helped me to fine tune things. Her advice is impartial which is great as it helps me to see things clearly. Katy is very well informed and up-to-date with so many aspects of the modern business world. She is naturally very clever with great attention to detail and a kind and patient person, but her biggest quality is that she is adaptable! Tell her your immediate problems and she will help you to resolve them, and then in a manageable way, she will unpeel your business like an onion and help to fine tune it layer by layer!

Some people come into your life and become anchors. Katy, you are one of those rare souls. You’re not just an incredible friend, you’re my sounding board, my mirror, and my challenger (in all the right ways). We don’t see each other often, but somehow you’re always there. You hear me, hold me, and offer the logic and love I need, especially in those moments when I’m navigating my own mental health while holding space for everyone else... namely my chaotic family of little heroes. Lately, you've been that steady, wise voice, the bridge between me and the clarity I was searching for. And that would already be more than enough. But over the years, you’ve given even more. Your guidance through Human Design and your Success Codex work has not only supported me, but my entire household. You’ve helped me grow my business while staying true to myself, and supported me in supporting my family even more deeply. Thank you, Ms Katy. For being in my corner. For your love. For your wisdom.
